What I have Learned Along the Way
I thought I’d enjoy mentoring most - and I do.
But what I’ve loved even more is facilitating workshops: getting close to teams, understanding their culture, and helping them make tangible shifts.
The hardest part is stepping back - leaving space for leaders to take it forward, even when you can see what might happen with just a little more time.
That’s the essence of this work: helping others find their own clarity, confidence, and rhythm.
